Formatting of plastics

The equipment of our machine workshop is diverse. Thanks to this, we are able to process plastic materials such as hard and soft plastics, foils, elastic, etc. using various techniques, from formatting on circular saws, through oscillating cutting on CNC machines to laser cutting.

In addition to complex POS solutions, we offer the possibility of manufacturing industrial parts, semi-finished products or plastic components.

Laser Multicam

Our equipment

Formatting saw KAPPA 450 X-MOTION

Suitable for hard plastics. Plates with an area of up to 2000 x 3000 mm and a thickness of up to 100 mm can be formatted. Materials can be cut at an angle.

Laser MULTICAM 2000

Cutting of PMMA boards with a thickness of up to 20 mm.

CNC with oscillating cutting MULTICAM 3000

Suitable for soft plastics, elastic and foils. Plates with an area of up to 1200 x 2500 mm and a thickness of up to 100 mm can be formatted. It can also format hard plastics.

Milling machine CNC MULTICAM 3000

Suitable for hard plastics and rigid composites (dibond boards). Materials with a thickness of up to 30 mm can be formatted. Materials can be cut at an angle.
